Class Booking, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy

BILLING CLAUSE

All scheduled classes, whether attended or not, are billable.

BOOKING & REPLACEMENT

To BOOK a class (Applicable to adult training only) or REPLACE a class:

Submit your request more than (>) 24 hours PRIOR to your class start time.
- If your application is APPROVED in the system, please attend the class.
- If your application is PENDING before the class, please DO NOT attend the class.
- If your application is REJECTED, please DO NOT attend the class.

Submit your request within 24 hours PRIOR to your class start time, and also contact us via WhatsApp.
- If your application is PENDING, but you have received WRITTEN APPROVAL from ADMIN, please attend the class.
- If your application is PENDING, but you have NOT received any reply from ADMIN, please DO NOT attend the class.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests (only for APPROVED bookings) must be made via WhatsApp.

APPROVED classes CANNOT BE CANCELLED within 24 hours prior to the class unless:
- Emergency situations arise.
- Sudden illness prevents travel.
- The unfortunate passing of a close family member. 
- Injury or accident prevents participation.

APPROVED classes CAN BE CANCELLED (more than (>) 24 hours before the class) without providing reasons.
- If the class is an Adult Flexi-Package, please book another class after cancellation.
- If the class is FIXED Training Package, please provide another replacement date upon request, for a maximum of 1 time per month.

ABSENT FROM APPROVED/BOOKED CLASS WITHOUT NOTICE

No replacement or credit will be reimbursed for that particular class.
